Strawberry – Chimay Doré Cheese – Bell Pepper

The sweet and caramel notes of the strawberry and red pointed bell pepper goes well with the roasted, malty notes of the cheese. The fruity and floral notes of the Chimay Doré Beer matches the fruitiness of strawberry and bell pepper.

Preparations

  • Bell pepper , red
  • Strawberry
  • Chimay Doré Cheese

For this preparation it's better to use the slightly sweeter pointed bell pepper (cook in an oven at 200°C or on the barbecue or is also ready for sale). Peel and cut into smaller pieces. The common red bell pepper has a slightly greener flavor and is less suitable for the cheese and the beer.
