COCKTAIL: RASBERRY-WATERMELON-TEA-VODKA

Refreshing Foodpairing cocktail with green tea infused vodka by Peter Coucquyt.

Recipe:
100 g fruit juice (based on 350 g watermelon + 35 g raspberry, mixing and straining)
15 g vodka (based on infusing 35 g green tea in 450 g vodka)
10 g sirop de sucre de canne
